The Balance Atlanta community is our extended family. We care about each and every patient with enthusiasm and compassion. Therefore, to ensure everyone’s safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have made specific modifications compliant with CDC regulations. Health and well-being are the priorities.
- Chiropractic office hours are from 10-6. Additional hours will be added at our discretion.
- New and established patients are scheduled at different times.
- We are able to see only a certain number of patients per day at per time slot. We ask that respect our limited time as we strive to serve our clients in a safe and efficient manner.
- All patients receive an email notice 2 days prior to their visit and a text reminder 2 hours prior. It is your responsibility to communicate with our staff by phone, email or text if you need to make a short-notice change, otherwise the full visit fee will be charged.
- New patients are required to provide 24-hour cancelation notice to avoid being charged in full.
- Products purchased at Balance Atlanta cannot be returned. All sales are final.
- Appointment times are specific. Please be punctual.
- We will write your name on the sign in sheet.
- Unless you’re a parent accompanying your child, no “visitors” are allowed.
- If you prefer waiting in your car, we’ll text you when it’s your turn.
- It is your responsibility to stay healthy and to protect us from illness.
- Do not make an appointment if you are sick.
- We’re trying to move quickly to minimize time spent in the office.
- Chiro patients must bring a towel to place on adjusting table.
- Bring a mask, wear a mask.
- All patients wash hands upon arrival.
- Hand sanitizer is available for your use.
- Dr. Caroline washes her hands before and after each patient.
- Please do not apply heavy lotions prior to your adjustment.
- Please shower and/or change your clothing if you have worked out prior to your adjustment.
- Only two, not three tables are being used for adjustments. The middle table is “closed.”
- Adjusting tables are disinfected after each patient.
- Patients may opt to be adjusted in the exam/x-ray room instead.
- Dr. Caroline offers Telehealth for new patients seeking more information and general advice in the areas of Functional Medicine, Chiropractic and BrainCore Therapy.
- Established Functional Medicine clients will be consulted via telephone or Zoom meetings.
- Established BrainCore clients are seen on site at Balance Atlanta in the designated private BrainCore room.
- Patients who are new to BrainCore but who have not started care will receive a detailed discussion about their qEEG results via Zoom.
- Clients who began BrainCore at the start of the Covid-19 crisis may resume their care when they choose to return to in-office treatment. Appointments are scheduled on a first come-first served basis with priority given to active patients who are currently receiving care in the office.
