At Balance Atlanta, the goal has always been to make exceptional, personalized care accessible to as many people as possible. Whether you’re starting chiropractic care, beginning a functional medicine program, or exploring BrainCore Neurofeedback Therapy, there are flexible payment options designed to fit a wide range of budgets and situations.
The team at Balance Atlanta is committed to being upfront and transparent about costs so patients can make informed decisions without feeling pressured. If you have questions before your first visit, a quick call or text to the office is all it takes to get the answers you need.
Balance Atlanta accepts a variety of payment methods and offers flexible options across all three service areas — chiropractic care, functional medicine, and BrainCore Therapy.
Insurance — Insurance coverage varies significantly from policy to policy. Rather than guessing what your plan covers, simply bring your insurance card to your first appointment, and the team will verify your benefits as a courtesy. Every policy is different, and the team is experienced at helping patients understand exactly what their coverage includes.
CareCredit — Balance Atlanta accepts CareCredit, a healthcare financing option that allows patients to spread the cost of care over time with flexible payment plans. CareCredit can be applied toward chiropractic care, functional medicine programs, BrainCore sessions, and lab testing.
Affirm — Affirm financing is also available, giving patients another option to manage the cost of care with simple, predictable monthly payments.
FSA and HSA Funds — Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) funds are accepted for eligible services. If you have an FSA or HSA, these are a great way to use pre-tax dollars toward your care.
Cash, Check, and Credit Card — Standard payment methods are accepted for all services. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you’ve experienced an injury from a recent automobile accident, your auto insurance plan might cover chiropractic care under the “medical payments coverage” section. Our team is well-versed and experienced in coordinating with auto insurance providers, and we’re here to guide you through this process. When you come for your first appointment, please bring your auto insurance policy and any claim information you have. We will gladly verify your coverage. However, it’s important to note that we currently do not accept personal injury liens, even if you work with an attorney. Our priority is to ensure you receive the care and support you need during your recovery.
