Since beginning weekly adjustments here, I have been inspired to hold myself accountable to a more conscious standard of self-care and good posture. As a result I feel nurtured and powerful, and I have found myself re-thinking some of my long-held physical and mental limitations.
I can’t speak for anyone else but let me tell you this woman works magic. My neck pain and stiffness are gone, my sciatica is reduced to a fraction of what it used to be, and my back pain is almost a thing of the past. In such a short time she has almost eradicated my pain and improved my quality of life immensely. This is after just 4 weeks, with 8 more to go. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
