Feedback on a Speaking Engagement

My sweet Caroline…I must admit when I heard we were having a chiropractor to speak I thought “big whoop” but what a pleasant surprise.  I could have stayed there for hours just listening to you and your approach to life and chiropractic.  What a special gift you have to give others and especially your patients.  […]

Doc, you gave me new life to be able to walk.

I recall how we, my son and I, met you. I had been in a serious auto head-on crash where the engine was pushed onto my feet. I had suffered for many years until Balance Atlanta. Doc, you gave me new life to be able to walk by gently manipulating my hips to align my spine and regain inches lost on my lower extremities. My son, was also in the same crash. With your expertise and kindness my son’s injuries, where other medical professionals had given up on either of us living without pain except to try to give us a life solution of pain meds, you gave us life! Thank you.

Disease Care versus Health Care

Published: April 28, 2020   |   Category: Blog   |   Service:

Now that health care reform has been put on the back burner, maybe it is time to discuss what health care reform should really look like. Although we talk about a “health care” system and health care reform, what we’re actually talking about is a “disease care” system and disease care reform. Doctors of modern […]

In the language of statistics, health is a continuous variable. A person’s health can be expressed as an infinity of values ranging from abundant well-being to terminal states approaching death. If health were a discrete quantity you could assign a number to it. You could say that someone had 95% health or 32% health. You’d […]

He didn’t cough a single time that night and we all finally got some sleep.

I’m a chiropractic student at Life University. This is my son Hunter, he’s 5 months old. We’re here during Corona week and we’re here to get his immune system on track and keep his nervous system functioning. He was going through about 3 months of a chronic cough. I took him to his pediatrician and they just said he might outgrow it, it was back to back coughs but it just didn’t feel right to me. So, I brought him here and after his first adjustment it was an extreme night and day difference. He didn’t cough a single time that night and we all finally got some sleep in the house. So, we’re here 3x a week getting him adjusted and it’s been a really great experience thus far! – Parris H.
