He didn’t cough a single time that night and we all finally got some sleep.

I’m a chiropractic student at Life University. This is my son Hunter, he’s 5 months old. We’re here during Corona week and we’re here to get his immune system on track and keep his nervous system functioning. He was going through about 3 months of a chronic cough. I took him to his pediatrician and they just said he might outgrow it, it was back to back coughs but it just didn’t feel right to me. So, I brought him here and after his first adjustment it was an extreme night and day difference. He didn’t cough a single time that night and we all finally got some sleep in the house. So, we’re here 3x a week getting him adjusted and it’s been a really great experience thus far! – Parris H.

I came to Dr. C for chiropractic care because I was experiencing back pain, which is no longer keeping me up at night. I absolutely love going to see Dr. C – she is a wealth of knowledge. Not only does she provide great care with her individually catered chiropractor services but also has such helpful facts about functional medicine. I have had a great experience with her (and her staff) and could not recommend enough! – Allison M.

Sleeping poorly for less than six hours increases the risk of dying from heart disease by almost 50%, and the risk of dying from a stroke by 15%. The amygdala – the part of the brain that alerts the body to be prepared in times of danger – goes haywire when a full night’s sleeplessness […]

Sleep Deprivation Kills

I read health history forms of new patients each day. Besides learning about the typical back and neck problems, what strikes me with alarming curiosity is how many people list insomnia as a major health issue. Over the past six weeks, we have performed dozens and dozens of EEGs. Upon examining the numerical values of […]
