Before I did BrainCore, my moods were low. I wouldn’t say I was in deep depression, but most of the time I just felt a little blue. My energy was low, and I was not sleeping really well. After doing BrainCore, I had a gradual and subtle change where a day or a week would go by and I would be feeling really good. My sleep also improved which attributed to me having more energy.
